The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and develop the market for the company. They have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills in Education (Ed-Tech).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • This is a field job role you have day to day meetings with Education Institutes and pitch them product, services, onboard them on Digital Class and close the sales deal.
  • For actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable to give demos independently, fast learner and passion for sales, self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
  • Pitching & identifying leads, maintaining fruitful relationships with customers, New Client Acquisition, lead generation, and Business Development Experience. To analyze the market to generate leads from various places.
  • Build long-term business relationships with client leaders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns, Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
    Desired Candidate Profile
  • 1 – 2 years of experience working as Field Sales Executive, Marketing Executive or a similar role.
  • 1 year of experience in doing marketing & IT or Education (Ed-Tech) Sales.
  • Proven record of successful deals closed
  • Good knowledge of telemarketing
  • Great command of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    Responsibilities
  • Develop the market in region and Build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Maintain consistent contact with clients.
  • Manage sales pipeline.
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
    Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years experience in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
    Pay Scale
  • 2.04 to 4.20 LPA
