5. Job Description is as follows –
   Should have practical experience in PFMEA ( Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis is a structured analytical tool used by an organization, business unit. It is a living document that should be initiated prior to process of production and maintained through the life cycle of the product.)

Managing team of quality supervisor and delegating them respective work
Integrate systemic documentation periodically
Handling internal and customer quality issues with immediate action plan
Have decisioin making skills for Q issues
Handling customer and ISO Audit
Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
Analyzes data by completing hypothesis, and process capability analysis tests.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
Preparation of CAPA & SCAP
Reviewing and updation of all QA documentation
Handling customer complaints and resolving them on immediate procedural basis
