Computer Operating Skills
Accounting Software Skills (SAP FICO)
Inter Personnel Skills
Prepare all documents relating to Audits & ensure proper book keeping.
Ensure payments to all service providers vendor, after statutory deduction (if applicable)
Ledger scrutiny
Reconciliation of vendor / customer / Bank
Fixed Assets Register and maintenance
Assist in preparing Cash Flow Statemens, Financial Statements and Reports for Indian
GAAP and IFRS monthly.
Insurance of Plant, Equipment and Inventory
Responsible for Audit (Statutory / Tax /Transfer Pricing and Internal Audits) including
review of Accounting and Cost Controls
Prepare informations relating to MIS
Knowledge in Statutory compliance Income Tax, GST etc
Prepare, pay and Submit GST and TDS returns monthly
Monitor all payable and receivables within set limits.
Sales Invoice generation through SAP .
All the accountings to be maintained in SAP software
