अमळनेर तालुक्यातील ‘मांडळ’ या खेडेगावात लहानाचे मोठे झालेले डाॕक्टर मुकेश नंदवे, श्री.दंगल शामराव बडगुजर यांचे सुपुत्र-मार्ग शोधलेवर इच्छापुर्ती होऊ शकते हे सिध्द करणारे व्यक्तीमत्व. डाॕ.मुकेश नंदवे,लहानपणापासूनच उच्च ध्येय बाळगून आपण काहितरी वेगळे करुन दाखवू या जिद्दीने सुरवाती पासून स्वतः अभ्यासांत रममाण होत. आश्या या जिद्दी युवकाने औषधशास्रांत पी.एच् डी डाॕक्टरेट डिग्री दिल्ली येथील नामवंत आॕल इंडिया इन्स्टीट्यूट आॕफ मेडीकल सायसेन्स (एम्स्), दिल्ली येथे पुर्ण केली. नंतर ओहियो स्टेट यूनिवर्सिटी, यूएसए येथून पोस्ट डाॕक्डरल ट्रेनींग पुर्ण करुन औषधशास्रांत प्राविण्यप्राप्त केले. सध्या ते नवी दिल्ली येथील दिल्ली फाॕरमॕस्युटीकल सायसेन्स् अँड रिसर्च युनिव्हर्सीटीत सहयोगी प्राध्यापक म्हणून कार्यरत आहेत. गेल्या १० वर्षापासून त्यांनी आयुर्वेदिय औषधोपचाराने कॕन्सर, हृदय विकार यांच्या वर संशोधन सुरु आहे. मधुमेह व लठ्ठपणा, वयोमानानुसार हृदयघात, हृदयरोगीतील कोलेस्टेराॕल मार्गाने चयापचय असामान्यता व प्रतीबंधात्मक उपाय इत्यादि बाबींवर अभ्यास केला आहे, सध्या मधुमेह रोगावर (Conquer Diabetes) विजय मिळविणेच्या ध्येयपूर्तींकडे लक्ष केंद्रीत केले आहे. त्यांनी औषधशास्र संबधीचे ६० संशोधनापर लेख राष्ट्रीय व आंतरराष्ट्रीय पातळीवरील मॕगेझीन्स् मध्ये प्रसिध्द केले आहे. त्यांना भारतीय औषध वैद्यकीय मंडळाकडून गोविंद आचारी गोल्ड मेडल मिळाले आहे तसेंच औषदशास्रातील मेडल्स् तथा पारितोषिके प्राप्त करून दिल्लीत आपल्या कार्याचा ठसा त्यांनी उमटविला आहे.
