This is excellent TechBee program designed by HCL TECHNOLOGIES for those 2018-19 and 2019-20, 12th Passout students who are talented and bright . The program aims to select and hire bright students right after they complete their 12th standard examination and given 12 months training with a stipend of INR 10000. After completion of training they will be given yearly package of INR 2.0 to 2.1 Lacs. Along with the program they can earn degree from renowned universities like BITS PILANI AND SASTRA UNIVERSITY.
