Brief JD:

Key Area of Responsibilities
• Understand / Capture Business, process & project requirements
• Work with business and technology teams to analyze as-is Business, assess automation feasibility and opportunities
• Advise / Provide subject matter expertise to recommend process automation improvements to assist clients achieve greater efficiency in their daily operations and optimize processes
• Hands-on experience of Process Automation across the life-cycle, and experience using industrys lea ding Robotics Automation products preferable(Automation Anywhere \ BluePrism \ UIPath etc)
• Provide support to Implementation team throughout deployment of new usecases during POCs and project implementation phase
• Design workflows to meet the defined design/solution approach.
• Partner with cross-functional technology teams to integrate solutions and requirements solution strategies
• Ensure quality of configured components by performing end to end unit testing. Configure automation processes as per defined solution
• Able to support and drive change management of existing processes as per new requirements using a structured change control process.
• Participating in the development of new offerings and innovation around automation & RPA
• Capability to apply critical thinking to project situation, make judgment calls to establish direction for resolution, establish the resolution plan, and present status and impacts to key project stakeholders
