Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:
Key Responsibility:-Design,Product Development,Validation &Testing,Automotive Design
Understanding of Drawing & Tolerances.
TS-16949, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC etc.
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Good expertise in Design FMEA.
Fair expertise in CAD tools like Pro-E or any equivalent software.
Proposal discussions with customers for new product and understanding the requirements. Finalization of product proposal.
Design & Development plan preparation & execution of samples preparation for proto & pilot batch till production.
Design Checks in DMU, drawing validation and checking.
Monitor new product for its performance and durability. Engineering changes to improve product performance.
Resolution of the issues observed during development & running product by analysis and taking countermeasures.

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:
Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

• Functional knowledge of Brake System and its testing.
• Experience of Dynamometer testing.
• Knowledge of different test standards related to Brake system validation. (SAE, JASO ,IS etc.)
• Strong diagnostic & analytical skills required.
• General Instrumentation knowledge required. Exposure to Data acquisition system necessary.
• Timely Execution of DVPs.
• Lab activity planning, execution of tests, maintenance of test equipment and timely calibrations.
• Data generation from different tests and analysis of same. Use of analysis to improve product reliability.
• New test facility erection and up gradation of existing test facilities.
• Coordination between the testing, Development & Design teams for seamless execution of new development product testing.
• Improvements in test methods and documentation. Updation of test standards in line with International standards.
